Link Upon won the Bronze Medal in the Evaluation of Talent Development Quality Management System by Ministry of Labor.
Link Upon has implemented the 'Talent Quality-management System' (TTQS). Centered around core values of 'Integrity, Proficiency, Leading and Co-Prosperity', through a systematic training approach, various training programs, emphasis is placed on the personal training and development of employees to enhance professional skills, and knowledge, and thereafter applying learning outcomes in the workplace.
LU's performance was evaluated in aspects such as data accuracy, training system establishment, training effectiveness assessment, and so on. Guidance and affirmation were provided, resulting in the awarding of a 'Bronze Medal' in the evaluation of the Talent Quality-management System. Moving forward, LU will continue to drive the TTQS, aiming to achieve better outcomes in training capabilities and performance.
