Training course - Building a Team with a Shared Sense of Accountability

The company is continuously advancing in the field of learning, aiming to provide diverse learning resources and spread the power of knowledge. This time, we are honored to invite the renowned gold-medal instructor, Mr. Li Hequan, to teach us. Mr. Li is Taiwan's leading lecturer in cross-generational communication, with 25 years of experience as a corporate trainer.

The concept of "accountability" carries two meanings. First, treating the company's affairs as one's responsibility. Second, naturally being accountable for the outcomes of one's work—not just completing tasks but ensuring they are effective, with a proactive and positive mindset. To build a powerful, cross-generational team, managers must know how to collaborate and communicate with their subordinates and how to guide them effectively.

In this course, Mr. Li led the team in creating a set of game rules. Through group discussions, everyone had the opportunity to express their opinions, strengthening the team's consensus on collaboration. The teaching was lively and engaging, with rich and comprehensive content that immersed everyone in a learning atmosphere. Mr. Li not only shared the key strategies for leading an accountable team but also encouraged us to reflect on and internalize the knowledge gained, applying it to our work.
