PI Ball Roller

PI-made ball roller are assembled in the conveying system. Made of PI material, is resistant to acid and alkali solvents, suitable for high temperature environments, with low wear rate and high strength, especially suitable fur EUV process.

PI (Long-term use temperature 300℃) :
PI is a high-temperature-resistant thermosetting polymer with no melting point. It is super wear-resistant and low-wear under high-pressure/high-speed/high-temperature environments, and has chemical resistance and high mechanical properties. Even in the environment above 260 degrees Celsius, it can still maintain ideal strength, dimensional stability and creep resistance. Because of its high dimensional stability, it is most suitable making parts for vacuum equipment, aerospace and semiconductor industries.
